But, it’s not all good news about the CRM front there are a few big things missing from Getresponse’s CRM attribute set.
The most glaring omission is e mail activity tracking. Getresponse recently introduced the ability to sponsor webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are usually utilized as a lead-generation strategy, the notion of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under the same roof is extremely appealing.

If you’re able to get your head about it, and practice using it a little bit, it does result in a helpful instrument – it is only that the execution of it could be rather better.
Additionally, as explained above, the CRM tool could be far better from a usability point of view — adding contacts to deals can be unnecessarily difficult.
The 30-day complimentary trial that Getresponse supplies is completely functional and the free trial isn’t contingent upon supplying credit card information.
This helps you avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for that trial and today I’m getting charged for a commodity I don’t use” scenario.
