So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. But that said, it is a new feature and the stuff it could perform on the automation side is remarkable. I am optimistic that this attribute becomes developed over time because done right, it’s possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
