Description of Getresponse Software De Email Marketing Gratuito
Getresponse is primarily an email marketing program Which Allows you to: Software De Email Marketing Gratuito
Import and host a mailing list and also catch data onto it
generate newsletters which could be delivered to the subscribers in your mailing list
automate your mails to subscribers via utilization of’autoresponders’
perspective and analyse statistics related to your email marketing campaigns — open rate, click through, forward etc..
Recently however, Getresponse’s attribute set has evolved quite a bit, to the point at which it’s getting more of an’all-in-one’ marketing solution.
In addition to email advertising, it now also provides webinar hosting, landing pages, and a few CRM (client relationship management) performance.
We are going to discuss all these features in depth below, but first, let’s look at pricing.
Getresponse’s feature set is arguably among the most comprehensive out there.
Not only does this provide all the crucial stuff you’d expect from an email marketing platform – record templates, hosting, autoresponders, analytics and so forth, but as mentioned previously, it’s been expanding the attribute set to the point at which it’s morphing into an all-in-one / CRM-style marketing platform.
The question is whether Getresponse is a jack of all trades and master of none – let’s drill down into the crucial features to learn.
Up until quite recently Getresponse service was amongst the most comprehensive available for email advertising tools: the company offered phone support together with live chat support, email service and various online tutorials / tools.
Sadly, the phone service has now been discontinued. Instead you are going to have to use live chat (24/7) or email service. To be honest, most similar e-marketing platform providers only offer both of these stations – if phone support is a deal-breaker for you then you might want to consider Aweber, which nonetheless supplies it (you can read our Aweber review ).
Concerning the caliber of Getresponse support, I’ve not had to use it very often (a good thing) but once I’ve I’ve discovered it for a bit of a mixed bag (less of a good thing). A number of those live chat support I have received has been outstanding, and I haven’t had to wait too long to chat with an agent; the email service .
Some of the feedback I’ve got from our readers will suggest that there do have to be improvements made in terms of the quality of service Getresponse offer. Much like a lot of these types of businesses, I anticipate it boils down to who you get on the day. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito
Getresponse provides some very comprehensive analytics and reporting choices. You get all the Fundamentals of course – open rate, click-through, unsubscribe rates and so on – but in addition to that there are some very nifty features that are worth a Specific mention, namely:
‘one-click segmentation’: the choice to spot people who did not engage with an e-newsletter you sent and set them in a segment of subscribers which you can then email again using a different version of the e-newsletter
‘metrics over time’: you can find out exactly when most of your subscribers take action on your mails, and period your prospective mailouts according to this information
’email ROI’: by incorporating some monitoring code to your post-sales webpage on your site, it is possible to find out how efficiently (or not!) Your email campaigns are driving sales, and work out your return on investment in electronic mail advertising.
Per-user info – you can click on one of your subscribers and see where they signed from, where they’re located and which emails they’ve opened in the past.
Mailchimp and Aweber provide some similar reporting functionality (particularly around sales monitoring ) but Getresponse’s reporting application is decidedly one of most fully featured out there (it surely trounces the stats choices provided by Mad Mimi and Campaign Monitor).
Thus far so good with Getresponse, however, when it comes to templates, Getresponse arguably drops down a bit.
Unfortunately, the templates supplied from the box look somewhat dated; they are not as attractive as those provided by Mailchimp or even Campaign Monitor (and I marginally prefer Aweber’s offering here too).
On the other hand, the templates are very tweakable – you can change fonts, layouts and imagery easily enough with all the controls provided; and of course there is nothing to stop you designing your HTML email template and importing the code for it.
Furthermore, there are tons of templates to choose from — around 500 — and they are presented in easy-to-understand classes, so it’s generally pretty straightforward to find a good starting point to get a template and edit it before you’re delighted with the plan.
If you are really not pleased with the templates provided by Getresponse, there is also the choice of buying a template by a third party provider such as Theme Forest.
Another thing worth pointing out seeing Getresponse’s templates is the assortment of RSS-to-email applications options are not very extensive (just 11 templates are provided – well short of the 700+ available for regular newsletters!) And a few of them played up a bit for me when I tested them in Outlook (2010). I eventually found something that worked for me, but I think there are definitely some improvements which could be made in this area. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito
Autoresponders are e-newsletters which are delivered to your subscribers at intervals determined by you personally — you can set them up so that immediately after someone signs up to a mailing list, they receive a welcome message in your business; a week later they can get a discount offer for a number of your products or services; 3 months after they could receive an encouragement to follow you on social media. And so Forth.
Getresponse’s autoresponder functionality is a key selling point – it provides among the most extensive feature sets available.
You can send either time-based or action-based messages; time-based choices include cycles such as the illustration above, and also action-based messages may be triggered by user actions or advice, for example:
subscriptions to certain lists
changes connected preferences
completed trades / goals
changes in consumer information
Recently Getresponse launched a new version of their new autoresponder functionality, called’Marketing Automation.’
This allows you to make automation workflows with a drag and drop builder – you essentially install an’automation flowchart’ that educates Getresponse what to do when a user opens a particular deal, clicks on a specific link etc..
This kind of performance goes way beyond what has traditionally been available from autoresponders, and lets you create a user journey which can be customised to the nth degree.
For a fast overview I would suggest having a look at Getresponse’s video overview for Marketing Automation.
It’s important to note, however, these more innovative marketing automation features are only available on the pricier plans – the’Pro’ program and upward. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito
Landing page Builder
Online advertising campaigns which make use of landing pages will usually generate far more leads in the event, rather than simply directing people to some (cluttered!) Site, they point users to appealing’squeeze pages’ comprising clear information and a clean, well-designed data capture type.
Getresponse offers something quite beneficial in this regard that the majority of its rivals do not: a landing page founder (and one that is mobile-friendly to boot).
Products like Campaign Monitor and Aweber ask you to use a third party (and paid-for) landing page creating tool like Unbounce or Instapage; Mailchimp recently introduced a landing page performance but it’s yet to become sophisticated at Getresponse’s.
But unless you are on a Getresponse’Guru’,’Max’ or’Enterprise’ plan, the Getresponse landing page performance is fairly limited: you can just produce one landing page, that could only be displayed 1,000 times a month.
Additionally, and very importantly, you can’t utilize the landing page A/B testing functionality on the least expensive Getresponse program (whereby the system shows a sample of your customers different versions of your landing page, calculates conversion speeds, and finally rolls out the top performing landing page automatically).
If you are serious about landing pages – plus they’re unquestionably a helpful feature – then it is definitely worth considering among the more expensive Getresponse plans.
You can buy the Landing Pages feature as an add-on to get an additional $15 a month, however quite frustratingly, although the add-on allows you to display an infinite number of landing pages to prospective subscribers, it does not include A/B testing.
Accordingly, if I was considering the Getresponse landing page functionality, I would not bother with this rather half-baked add-on: I’d just go for one of the more expensive programs (which I guess is exactly what Getresponse want you to do!) .
Getresponse was before its competitors for quite a while with its responsive email layout performance, which automatically adjusts your e-newsletter’s template so that if a user is reading it onto a mobile device, the design and fonts will be automatically optimised for the device in question.
Most competing products have captured up on this now, and offer responsive email templates, but Getresponse is better than many similar goods as soon as it comes to displaying a reactive preview of your e-newsletter – you just hit on a’mobile preview’ button to get a quick snapshot of what your email looks like on a smartphone (see image right).
Not only this but you can’reverse’ the smartphone trailer around, so you can preview what your email looks like when the screen is used in either portrait or landscape style. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito
Customer Relationship Management
Among the most frustrating facets of using many famous CRM tools is the necessity to export data to CSV and straight back to your email marketing tool in order to perform mailouts (or the necessity to export data from the email marketing tool in your CRM to include prospects to it).
So when I saw Getresponse lately introducing a brand new CRM attribute in their plans I had been intrigued – that could possibly do away with all that info exporting and exporting, and keep everything neatly in one place.
Initially I was not that impressed with the Getresponse CRM tool as you can only use it to carry out quite basic tasks: you could create sales pipelines, add contacts to them and monitor activity (emails, telephone calls etc.) with these contacts manually.
But recently Getresponse have upped their game a bit on this particular front. The CRM is currently integrated with all Getresponse’s email marketing functionality and you can add users to a CRM pipeline according to their activity (form completions, email opens, purchases etc.) or activate autoresponders depending on the addition of a new contact into a pipeline phase.
An example of how to use this operation is as follows:
You can add a contact to a particular stage on a revenue pipeline depending on the page of your website that they completed a form ;
you can then send a automated email tailored to this pipeline stage a couple of days afterwards;
and based on the actions they took in regards to that email (clicking on a certain link ) you could automatically move them on another stage of the pipeline and invite invite them into a webinar.
It is very smart stuff, and I can not think of any email advertising product offering this kind of tight integration between autoresponders and CRM pipelines. For this type of functionality you normally must look at dedicated — and more costly — CRM products such as Salesforce and Infusionsoft.
But, it’s not all good news on the CRM front — there are a few big things missing out of Getresponse’s CRM attribute collection.
The most glaring omission is email activity tracking. Additional CRM packages allow you to bcc a dropbox email address any time you send an email to some lead or client; doing this keeps a list of the communication in the contact’s history. There’s currently no way of doing this together with the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an simple way to send one-to-one mails to leads or customers.
And strangely, if you click a contact in a deal pipeline, you can not see their contact action — i.e., the activities they’ve taken (open, clicks etc.) in regards to previous communications which you’ve delivered to your leads aren’t displayed. To see this, you need to go out of the CRM section of Getresponse, search for your own contact in the contacts section and click in their details. But guess what? Doing so does not display their history.
Task management is non-existent also: unlike dedicated CRM tools, there is no way to assign tasks to other group members.
Finally, adding contacts to your pipeline stage is difficult. You need to add contacts to a list , then visit the CRM pipeline, add a bargain and search your lists to receive the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to add a deal right to a pipeline and input the contact information of your guide or client at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it is a new attribute and the things it can perform on the automation aspect is impressive. I am hopeful that this attribute gets developed over time since done right, it’s possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the ability to sponsor webinars on the stage.
Given that webinars are generally utilized as a lead-generation tactic, the idea of having your email database along with your webinar tool under precisely the exact same roof is very appealing.
The pricing is also very aggressive too by comparison to based webinar solutions. For example, one of the primary webinar services, Gotowebinar, fees $199 a month to host webinars with as much as 500 attendees; you can really do the same (plus a whole lot more) with Getresponse for $165 (so long as your listing size is below 25,000).
With regard to attendee limits, the Getresponse’Guru’ plan allows you to sponsor a webinar with up to 100 participants; the’Max’ plan’s cap is 500.
You might even buy webinars functionality as a add on to a more affordable plan: $40 a month buys you a 100 attendees limitation, $99 a month buys you a 500 attendees restrict. It isn’t clear what your choices are if you need to host larger scale distributions compared to that however.
Two or Three Getresponse webinar features worth flagging up as being particularly useful are:
The very fact that your attendees don’t have to install any applications to attend the webinars
one-click list of your webinars
free online storage for playback files
Ultimately webinar performance is potentially a very helpful feature to have sitting in your e-marketing arsenal and its inclusion as a characteristic provides Getresponse a very significant advantage over its key competitors, particularly once you believe that you can link it in using a built-in CRM tool (more about this in a moment). The email deliverability rate – the proportion of e-newsletters sent that successfully hit inboxes – is obviously a very important point to look at when choosing an email marketing instrument.
Not all email marketing providers are that forthright about their deliverability rates; however, Getresponse seems pretty open about this, with this to say about it on their website:
At GetResponse we are frequently asked about the quality of the deliverability rate. Because deliverability is dependent upon many things, including the content of your messages, the deliverability rate may vary for each mailing. For our customers collectively, however, we’re proud to say our general deliverability rate now stands at 99%.
Clearly you are going to need to choose the company’s term for this, but assuming it is true, it’s a good rate and inspires confidence that the vast majority of emails you send using Getresponse will achieve their intended recipients.
Furthermore, Getresponse really gives you the deliverability rate of each message in your email analytics – that is something that I have not encountered on competing products’ metrics. A thumbs up for this.
I really do have to pull Getresponse up on one thing concerning deliverability nevertheless: to ensure a high deliverability speed, it is a good idea to use a platform called DKIM email authentication. You can use DKIM with Getresponse – but just on the more expensive Getresponse’Max’ programs.
Though I’ve not encountered any deliverability difficulties using the cheaper plans, competing goods don’t make you invest in a more expensive strategy to avail of the feature — it would be useful to see Getresponse being more generous here.
There are two approaches you can use to add subscribers to a mailing list: having a’single opt-in’ or a’double click’ process.
If you utilize a single opt-in process, the person registering to your own mailing list is added to a mailing list the minute they hit the submit button on your sign up form.
With a double opt-in procedure, the person registering to your record is sent via an email containing a confirmation link that s/he have to click before being subscribed.
The most important advantage of one sampling procedure is that it makes it very easy for users to subscribe to your mailing list; it also generally increases conversion rate and therefore the amount of readers on your list. A double opt-in process is better for verifying that the folks subscribing to a list are using actual email addresses and contributes to cleaner information and more precise stats (because receptive rates etc. are calculated based on a list comprising just real email addresses).
Now, the good news here is that Getresponse allows you to take advantage of either opt-in approach – this is not the case with all competing products. Thus a thumbs up for Getresponse for being flexible on this.
You are probably thinking that all this sounds quite fine — but to tell the truth, I think there’s a great deal of room for improvement with respect to Getresponse form templates.
To begin with, they are not responsive (i.e., they won’t resize themselves automatically to match the device they are being watched on).
Furthermore, no controllers are offered by Getresponse to switch forms on or off on particular devices or individual pages of your site. In the light of Google’s new approach to pop-ups (where websites can have a hit in search results if they display’intrusive interstitials’ on cellular devices) this is a bit of a concern.
To circumvent this, I normally avoid using Getresponse form templates, and make do with HTML embeded forms that I design myself, and also for popups I connect my Getresponse to a growth-hacking instrument called Sumo (that enables me to change pop-ups off for mobile users, in addition to display forms exactly as I’d love to and on the webpages I want). Overall, Getresponse is really straightforward to use. It is certainly easy enough to perform all the basics: import contacts, create campaigns, setup autoresponders and check numbers and the interface is pretty clean and intuitive.
With regards to how it stacks up against its competitors in this regard, I would assert that Campaign Monitor is a tiny bit more user friendly, and Mailchimp has a slicker user interface (though one which makes locating certain functionality just a bit tricky at times).
One place I feel that might be significantly better from a user-friendliness point of view is that the Getresponse e-newsletter editor.
Whilst its drag-and-drop approach does in theory provide a very flexible way to create blocks of articles and transfer them around an e-newsletter, in practice it is quite user friendly to use and can lead to accidental deletion of material, or positioning of it in the wrong part of the e-newsletter.
If you’re able to get your head about it, and practice using it a little bit, it does result in a useful instrument – it is just that the execution of it could be rather better.
Additionally, as described above, the CRM tool could be better from a usability point of view — adding contacts to deals could be difficult.
The 30-day complimentary trial which Getresponse supplies is fully functional and the free trial isn’t contingent upon providing credit card information.
This helps you avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for this particular trial and now I’m getting charged for a commodity that I don’t use” scenario.
The only down side to this free trial is that it limits the number of subscribers it is possible to send to 1000. It would be useful if that could be increased a bit, as it would help prospective users try out the tool in more’real world’ scenarios.
There are three chief sorts of Getresponse pricing strategy -‘Email’,’Guru’ and’Max’ — and within each of them, many additional types of strategy to pick from (all based on record size).
Up to 1,000 subscribers: $15 (‘Email’) / $49 (‘Pro’) / $165 (‘Max’)
1,001 to 2,500 readers: $25 (‘Email’) / $49 (‘Guru’) / $165 (‘Max’)
2,501 to 5,000 subscribers: $45 (‘Email’) / $49 (‘Guru’) / $165 (‘Max’)
5,001 to 10,000 subscribers: $65 (‘Email’)/ $75 (‘Guru’) / $165 (‘Max’)
10,001 to 25,000 readers: $145 (‘Email’) / $165 (‘Pro’) / $255 (‘Max’)
25,001 to 50,000 readers: $250 (‘Email’) / $280 (‘Guru’) / $370 (‘Max’)
50,001 to 100,000 readers: $450 (‘Email’) / $490 (‘Guru’) / $580 (‘Max’
Additionally there is an”Enterprise” plan for users that our lists exceed 100,000 email addresses: that begins at $1199, with exact pricing based on prerequisites (if you’re considering the”Enterprise” plan, you will need to contact Getresponse to schedule a presentation, outline your requirements and discuss pricing).
Significant discounts are available if you pay upfront for 12 or 24 weeks of service (18% and 30% respectively) — these are much more generous than many competing platforms. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito
Distinctions of Every Plan
Each of the Getresponse plans cover the important basics — key characteristics include:
The capacity to export, develop and host an email database
a wide Assortment of templates
responsive email designs
RSS / site to-email functionality
comprehensive segmentation options
societal sharing programs
There are a number of differences between the’Email’,’Pro’ and’Max’ plans but for me the key ones are:
CRM – Getresponse provides a customer relationship manager tool on its’Pro’ programs up
Landing pages – you can only avail of all landing pages that allow split testing and unlimited views if you are on a’Guru’ plan or greater
Webinars – that performance is not accessible at all on the’Email’ strategy and the amount of webinar attendees is restricted for the’Pro’ and’Max’ programs at 100, 500 respectively (it is uncertain what the limitation is about the’Enterprise’ plan).
Users – you can have just one user account on the’Email’ program; by contrast you get 3 on’Guru’, 5 ‘Max’ and 10 on’Enterprise’.
Pricing Vs Competitors
Provided that you’re pleased to use one of those entry-level’Email’ plans, the pay-per-month Getresponse programs are on the whole cheaper than those supplied by many of its key competitors, especially in case you’ve got a fairly large number of email addresses onto your database.
For example, in case you have a mailing list comprising between 9,000 and 10,000 documents that you want to send an unlimited number of mails each month to, then you’ll discover that hosting it using Getresponse costs $65 per month.
$4 per month more affordable than with Aweber
$10 cheaper a month than Mailchimp
$84 per month cheaper than Campaign Monitor*
* Campaign Monitor’s pricing structure is dependent not just the amount of email addresses in your own database however on the number of emails you send per month too. If you are happy to limit the number of mails delivered via Campaign Monitor (in the example above, to 50k mails ), you can expect to pay a monthly charge of $89, still substantially higher than Getresponse’s.
The only well-known service that I could think of that comes from considerably more affordable is Mad Mimi, which costs $42 a month to sponsor up to 10,000 email addresses (note however that the performance offered by Mad Mimi is nowhere near as broad as Getresponse’s or really another products mentioned above).
Additionally, it is worth pointing out that Mailchimp offers narrower pricing bands, meaning that depending on the size of your listing, it might occasionally be a slightly cheaper option than Getresponse.
In the smaller database end of things, Getresponse’s pricing is really competitive too – you can sponsor a database containing 1,000 email addresses for $15 a month using Getresponse, compared to $29 with Aweber; $59 on Campaign Monitor (unlimited send).
Mailchimp’s monthly fee to get a 1,000 recording database will be exactly the like Getresponse’s; and Mad Mimi supplies a marginally more affordable, if much less functional offering for $12 per month.
Two final things to be aware of about the pricing front:
Some competing providers — especially Mailchimp – provide free account for users with a small number of records (but these don’t supply the entire range of features that you get on a paid plan).
As stated earlier, if you’re prepared to pay upfront for 1 or two decades, you can avail of significant discounts that the other competitors do not yet supply.
So the most important thing is that Getresponse is pretty competitive in the pricing department. However, what about features? Software De Email Marketing Gratuito
Getresponse represents one of the more cost-effective ways to host and communicate with an email database.
It is also one of the most intriguing products of its type – because it provides email marketing, landing pages, CRM and webinars all under one roof. It’s hard to consider any rival product that offers this’all round’ proposal, and it’s what continues to convince us to utilize it for Style Factory’s email advertising.
Some improvements to Getresponse do need to be made however, particularly where the email programmer is concerned – its drag and drop interface is more fiddly and less responsive than it should be. A good deal of improvements can be made to the data capture forms too, especially for consumers wanting to exhibit them on mobile devices.
And from what I gather from reader feedback, there are developments that could be made to the support offering.
Overall though I rate Getresponse very tremendously – you get substantial bang for your dollar with this product.
Here are a Couple of pros and cons of utilizing Getresponse overall:
Advantages of Getresponse
Excellent marketing automation options.
The CRM functionality integrates neatly with Getresponse’s email automation functionality.
So long as you’re happy to utilize an’Email’ plan, Getresponse is cheaper than many of its key competitors (in some situations, substantially so) whilst offering just as much, if not more functionality as them.
The reductions you receive when paying upfront for a couple of decades of support are very generous – you will be hard pushed to find comparable reductions in prices from key competitors.
Its webinar functionality is a USP – something that isn’t offered by any similar products.
Its own reporting and comprehensive split testing features are strong.
Getresponse is transparent regarding deliverability rates, publishing figures on its site and supplying deliverability statistics for person e-newsletters that you send.
It provides a very flexible approach to data segmentation – more elastic than many competing goods.
It permits you to add subscribers to your mailing list on either a single-opt in and also a double opt-in basis.
It transmits responsive emails and permits you to preview smartphone variations of your e-newsletters very easily.
It comes with a helpful landing page creator – but keep in mind you have to be on a more expensive strategy to get the fully functional version of this.
You can try out all of its features free for 30 days without the need to input credit card information.
Disadvantages of Getresponse
The drag and drop interface for designing emails may be a little bit on the fiddly side.
The data capture forms provided aren’t responsive and you can not control when and in which they’re displayed on your website.
CRM functionality needs to be improved considerably before it could be thought of as a substitute for a standalone CRM merchandise.
There’s a limited range of RSS-to-HTML e-newsletter templates provided.
You can just use’web-safe’ fonts in e-newsletters, which may make the templates seem slightly less slick than those provided by competing goods.
The pricing arrangement is a little confusing, with customers having to cover something of a superior to access the landing page creator tool.
The free trial limits the amount of subscribers you can send messages into 1000.
The landing page add-on doesn’t let you execute A/B evaluations, meaning that so as to gain this functionality you’re forced to use a more expensive plan than you might like.
DKIM authentication is only on the more expensive’Max’ plans.
No telephone support is provided. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito
