Description of Getresponse Software De Email Marketing Gratuito Em Portugues
Getresponse is primarily an email marketing app Which Allows you to: Software De Email Marketing Gratuito Em Portugues
Import and host a mailing list and also capture data onto it
create newsletters which can be sent to the subscribers on your mailing list
automate your emails to subscribers via utilization of’autoresponders’
view and analyse data related to your email marketing campaigns — open rate, click through, forward etc..
Recently however, Getresponse’s feature set has developed quite a bit, to the point at which it’s becoming more of an’all-in-one’ marketing alternative.
In addition to email advertising, it also provides webinar hosting, landing pages, and some CRM (client relationship management) performance.
We are going to discuss all these attributes in depth below, but first, let us look in pricing.
Getresponse’s attribute set is possibly one of the most comprehensive out there.
Not only does it provide all of the crucial stuff you’d expect from an email advertising platform – record templates, hosting, autoresponders, analytics and so forth, but as mentioned previously, it’s recently been expanding the attribute set to the point where it is morphing into an all-in-one / CRM-style marketing platform.
The question is whether Getresponse is a jack of all trades and master of none – let us drill down into the key qualities to learn.
Up until quite recently Getresponse service was amongst the most comprehensive available for email marketing tools: the company offered phone support together with live chat support, email support and various online tutorials / tools.
Regrettably, the telephone service has been discontinued. Instead you are going to have to use live chat (24/7) or email service. To be fair, most similar e-marketing platform suppliers only offer these two stations – if telephone support is a deal-breaker for you you might wish to contemplate Aweber, which still supplies it (you can read our Aweber review ).
Concerning the quality of Getresponse service, I’ve not had to use it quite often (a fantastic thing) but once I have I have found it for a bit of a mixed bag (less of a fantastic thing). A number of the live chat support I’ve received was excellent, and I haven’t had to wait too long to chat with an agent; the email support less so.
Some of the comments I have from our readers does suggest that there do need to be improvements made in terms of the quality of service Getresponse offer. Much like a lot of these kinds of companies, I expect it boils down to that you get on the day. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito Em Portugues
Getresponse provides some very comprehensive reporting and analytics options. You get all the Fundamentals of course – open rate, click-through, unsubscribe Prices and so forth – but also to that there are some very nifty features Which Are worth a particular mention, specifically:
‘one-click segmentation’: the option to identify people who didn’t participate with an e-newsletter you sent and set them in a segment of subscribers that you may then email again with a different variant of the e-newsletter
‘metrics over time’: you can find out exactly when a lot of your subscribers take action in your mails, and time your future mailouts according to this info
’email ROI’: by incorporating some monitoring code to your post-sales webpage on your website, it is possible to find out how effectively (or not!) Your email campaigns are driving sales, and work out your return on investment in electronic mail advertising.
Per-user information – you can click on one of your subscribers and see where they signed up from, where they’re found and which emails they have opened in the past.
Mailchimp and Aweber offer some comparable reporting functionality (particularly around sales monitoring ) however Getresponse’s reporting application is decidedly one of most featured out there (it certainly trounces the stats options provided by Mad Mimi and Campaign Monitor).
Thus far so good with Getresponse, but in regards to templates, Getresponse arguably drops down a bit.
Regrettably, the templates provided out of the box seem somewhat dated; they aren’t as attractive as the ones offered by Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor (and that I marginally prefer Aweber’s offering here also ).
On the plus side, the templates are extremely tweakable – you can change fonts, layouts and vision easily enough using the controls provided; and of course there’s nothing to stop you designing your HTML email template and importing the code for it.
Additionally, there are tons of templates to choose from — around 500 — and they’re introduced in easy-to-understand categories, so it is generally pretty simple to find a good starting point to get a template and edit it until you are happy with the design.
If you are really not pleased with the templates offered by Getresponse, there is also the choice of buying a template from a third party supplier such as Theme Forest.
Another thing worth pointing out regarding Getresponse’s templates is the range of RSS-to-email software options aren’t very extensive (only 11 templates are supplied – well short of the 700+ accessible for routine newsletters!) And a few of them played up a bit for me when I tested them in Outlook (2010). I eventually found something that worked for me personally, but I think that there are definitely a few improvements which could be created in this region. Autoresponders are e-newsletters which are delivered to your subscribers at intervals depending on you — you can set them up so that immediately after somebody signals up to your mailing list, they receive a welcome message from your company; a week later they could receive a discount offer for a number of your goods or services; 3 months later they could obtain an invitation to follow you on social media. And so Forth.
Getresponse’s autoresponder functionality is a key selling point – it provides one of the most extensive feature sets available.
You can send either time-based or action-based messages; time-based choices comprise cycles such as the example above, and also action-based messages may be triggered by user actions or information, such as:
contributors to certain lists
changes in contact tastes
finished trades / goals
changes in consumer data
Recently Getresponse launched a brand new version of their new autoresponder functionality, called’Marketing Automation.’
This permits you to make automation workflows with a drag and drop builder – you essentially set up an’automation flowchart’ that educates Getresponse what to do if a user opens a specific offer, clicks on a specific link .
This type of functionality goes far beyond what’s traditionally been on offer from autoresponders, and allows you to create an individual travel which can be customised to the nth degree.
To get a fast overview I’d suggest having a look at Getresponse’s video review for Marketing Automation.
It’s important to notice, however, that these more advanced marketing automation features are only available on the more expensive plans – the’Guru’ program and up. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito Em Portugues
Landing page Builder
Online advertising campaigns which use landing pages will usually create far more leads if, rather than simply directing people to a (cluttered!) Website, they point users to attractive’squeeze pages’ comprising clear info and a clean, well-designed data capture form.
Getresponse provides something very useful in this respect that the majority of its rivals don’t: a landing page creator (and one that is mobile-friendly to boot).
Products like Campaign Monitor and Aweber require that you use a third party (and paid-for) landing page generating tool such as Unbounce or Instapage; Mailchimp lately introduced some landing page functionality but it’s yet to become sophisticated at Getresponse’s.
But unless you are on a Getresponse’Guru’,’Max’ or’Enterprise’ plan, the Getresponse landing page functionality is fairly limited: you can just create 1 landing page, which could only be displayed 1,000 times per month.
Also, and very importantly, you can’t use the landing page A/B testing performance on the least expensive Getresponse plan (where the machine shows a sample of your customers different versions of your landing page, computes conversion speeds, and finally rolls out the top performing landing page automatically).
If you’re serious about landing pages – and they’re certainly a helpful attribute – then it’s definitely worth looking at among the more expensive Getresponse plans.
You may buy the Landing Pages attribute as an add-on for an extra $15 per month, but quite frustratingly, although the add-on allows you to display an infinite amount of landing pages to prospective subscribers, it does not include A/B testing.
Therefore, if I had been interested in the Getresponse landing page performance, I wouldn’t bother with this rather half-baked add-on: I would just go for a few of the more expensive programs (which I guess is what Getresponse want you to do!) .
Getresponse was ahead of its competitors for quite a while with its responsive email design performance, which automatically corrects your e-newsletter’s template so that if a user is reading it on a mobile device, the design and fonts will be optimized for the device in question.
Most competing products have captured up on this today, and extend responsive email templates, but Getresponse is far better than most similar goods when it comes to displaying a responsive preview of your e-newsletter – you simply hit a’cellphone preview’ button for a quick snapshot of your email looks like on a smartphone (see image right).
Not only that but you can’flip’ the smartphone trailer around, so that you may preview what your email looks like when the display is used in either portrait or landscape mode. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito Em Portugues
Customer Relationship Management
Among the most frustrating aspects of using many famous CRM tools is the necessity to export information to CSV and straight back to your email marketing tool as a way to perform mailouts (or the necessity to export data from the email marketing tool in your CRM to include leads to it).
So when I saw Getresponse lately introducing a new CRM feature into their plans I had been intrigued – that could possibly do away with all that data exporting and importing, and keep everything neatly in 1 area.
Initially I was not that impressed with the Getresponse CRM tool as you can only use it in order to carry out rather basic tasks: you can create sales pipelines, add contacts to these and monitor activity (emails, telephone calls etc.) with these contacts manually.
But lately Getresponse have upped their video game somewhat on this particular front. The CRM is now integrated with all of Getresponse’s email marketing functionality and you can add users into a CRM pipeline based on their activity (form completions, email opens, purchases etc.) or activate autoresponders depending on the addition of a new contact to a pipeline phase.
An example of how you could use this functionality is as follows:
You can add a contact to a particular point on a sales pipeline depending on the page of your site that they completed a form on;
you could then send them a automated email tailored to that pipeline period a few days afterwards;
and based on the actions they took in regards to that email (clicking on a certain link etc) you could automatically move them onto another phase of the pipeline and automatically invite them into a webinar.
It’s very smart stuff, and I can not think of any email advertising product offering this kind of tight integration between autoresponders and CRM pipelines. For this type of functionality you normally need to look at dedicated — and more expensive — CRM products like Salesforce and Infusionsoft.
But, it is not all good news about the CRM front there are some big things missing from Getresponse’s CRM feature set.
The most glaring omission is e mail activity monitoring. Additional CRM packages permit you to bcc a dropbox email address whenever you send an email to a lead or customer; doing this keeps a list of this communication from the contact’s history. There is currently no way of doing this together with all the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an simple way to send one-to-one emails to prospects or customers.
And oddly, when you click a contact in a bargain pipeline, you can not see their contact activity — i.e., the activities they have taken (open, clicks etc.) in regards to previous communications which you have delivered to your leads are not displayed. To observe this, you need to go from the CRM part of Getresponse, hunt for your own contact in the contacts section and click on their details. But guess what? Doing so does not exhibit their deal history.
Task management is non-existent too: unlike committed CRM tools, there’s no way to assign tasks to other group members.
Finally, adding contacts into a pipeline stage is tough. You have to add contacts to a list , then visit the CRM pipeline, include a bargain and hunt your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to add a bargain right to a pipeline and enter the contact details of your guide or client at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it is a new feature and the stuff it could do on the automation aspect is impressive. I’m hopeful that this attribute gets developed over time since done right, it’s possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to host webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are generally utilized as a lead-generation strategy, the notion of having your email database and your webinar tool under the exact same roof is extremely appealing.
The pricing is also very competitive too compared to established webinar solutions. For example, among the primary webinar providers, Gotowebinar, fees $199 per month to host webinars with up to 500 attendees; you can really do the same (and a whole lot more) with Getresponse for $165 (so long as your list size is under 25,000).
With respect to attendee limitations, the Getresponse’Guru’ program permits you to host a webinar with up to 100 participants; the’Max’ plan’s cap is 500.
You can also buy webinars functionality as an add-on to a cheaper plan: $40 a month buys you a 100 attendees limit, $99 per month buys you a 500 attendees limit. It’s not clear what your options are if you need to host bigger scale distributions compared to that however.
Two or Three Getresponse webinar features worth flagging up as being particularly useful are:
The very fact Your attendees do not need to install any applications to attend the webinars
one-click list of your webinars
free online storage for playback documents
Ultimately webinar functionality is potentially a very helpful feature to have sitting on your e-marketing arsenal and its inclusion as a feature provides Getresponse a very significant edge over its key competitors, especially when you believe you could connect it in with a built-in CRM tool (more about that in a moment). The email deliverability rate – the proportion of e-newsletters delivered that successfully reach inboxes – is obviously an important thing to check at when choosing an email marketing instrument.
Not all email advertising suppliers are that forthright in their deliverability rates; however, Getresponse seems reasonably open about that, with this to say about it in their own website:
At GetResponse we are often asked about the quality of the deliverability rate. Because deliverability is dependent upon many factors, including the content of your messages, the deliverability rate could vary for every mailing. For all our customers jointly, however, we’re pleased to say our general deliverability rate currently stands at 99%.
Obviously you’re going to have to take the company’s word for this, but assuming it’s true, it’s a good speed and inspires confidence that the vast majority of emails that you send using Getresponse will achieve their intended recipients.
What’s more, Getresponse actually provides you the deliverability rate of each message on your email analytics – that is something I haven’t struck on rival goods’ metrics. A thumbs up for it.
I really do have to pull Getresponse up on something concerning deliverability however: to ensure a high deliverability speed, it’s a good idea to use a platform called DKIM email authentication. You are able to use DKIM using Getresponse – but just on the more expensive Getresponse’Max’ programs.
Though I have not struck any deliverability problems using the cheaper plans, competing products don’t make you invest in a more expensive strategy to avail of the feature — it’d be good to see Getresponse becoming more generous here.
There are two methods you can employ to add subscribers to a mailing list: using a’only opt-in’ or even a’double opt-in’ process.
If you use use one opt-in process, the person registering to your mailing list is added to your mailing list the minute they hit the submit button on your sign up form.
With a double opt-in process, the individual registering to your list is sent via an email containing a confirmation link that s/he must click before being subscribed.
The most important advantage of one sampling procedure is that it makes it very easy for users to subscribe to your mailing list; it also generally increases conversion speed and so the number of subscribers on your record. A double opt-in process is best for verifying that the folks subscribing to your list are using real email addresses and leads to cleaner data and more accurate stats (because receptive rates etc. ) are calculated based on a list containing only email addresses).
The good news here is that Getresponse allows you to take advantage of either opt-in approach – this isn’t true with all competing goods. Thus a thumbs up for Getresponse to be flexible on this.
You’re probably thinking that this sounds quite fine — but to be honest, I think there is a lot of room for advancement with respect to Getresponse kind templates.
For a start, they are not responsive (i.e.they won’t resize themselves automatically to suit the device they’re being watched on).
Furthermore, no controls are provided by Getresponse to change forms off or on on specific devices or pages of your website. At the light of Google’s brand new approach to pop-ups (where websites can take a hit in search results if they exhibit’intrusive interstitials’ on mobile devices) this really is a small concern.
To get around this, I generally avoid using Getresponse form templates, and make do using HTML embeded forms that I style myself, and for popups I connect my Getresponse to some growth-hacking instrument called Sumo (this allows me to switch pop-ups off for mobile users, in addition to display forms precisely as I’d love to and onto the pages I need ). Software De Email Marketing Gratuito Em Portugues
On the whole, Getresponse is really straightforward to use. It’s certainly easy enough to do all the fundamentals: import contacts, create campaigns, setup autoresponders and check statistics and the interface is pretty intuitive and clean.
In terms of how it stacks up against its competitors in this regard, I would argue that Campaign Monitor is a tiny bit more user friendly, and Mailchimp has a slicker user interface (although one which makes locating certain performance a little bit tricky at times).
1 place I feel that might be significantly better from a user-friendliness point of view is that the Getresponse e-newsletter editor.
Whilst its drag-and-drop strategy does in theory provide a very flexible way to create blocks of articles and move them around an e-newsletter, in practice it is quite user friendly to use and may cause accidental deletion of content, or placement of it at the incorrect part of the e-newsletter.
If you’re able to get your head about it, and practice using it a bit, it will make for a useful tool – it’s just that the execution of it could be somewhat better.
Additionally, as explained above, the CRM tool might be far better from a usability point of view adding contacts to deals could be difficult.
The 30-day free trial which Getresponse supplies is completely operational and the free trial isn’t contingent upon supplying credit card information.
This makes it possible to avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for that trial and today I’m getting charged for a product I do not use” scenario.
The only down side to this free trial is that it restricts the amount of subscribers it is possible to send to to 1000. It would be good if that could be increased a little, as it might help potential users try out the tool in more’real-world’ situations.
There are 3 main sorts of Getresponse pricing plan -‘Email’,’Guru’ and’Max’ — and within each of them, several additional kinds of plan to choose from (all based on record size).
Up to 1,000 contributors: $15 (‘Email’) / $49 (‘Guru’) / $165 (‘Max’)
1,001 to 2,500 readers: $25 (‘Email’) / $49 (‘Pro’) / $165 (‘Max’)
2,501 to 5,000 subscribers: $45 (‘Email’) / $49 (‘Guru’) / $165 (‘Max’)
5,001 to 10,000 readers: $65 (‘Email’)/ $75 (‘Guru’) / $165 (‘Max’)
10,001 to 25,000 subscribers: $145 (‘Email’) / $165 (‘Pro’) / $255 (‘Max’)
25,001 to 50,000 subscribers: $250 (‘Email’) / $280 (‘Pro’) / $370 (‘Max’)
50,001 to 100,000 readers: $450 (‘Email’) / $490 (‘Pro’) / $580 (‘Max’
Additionally there’s an”Enterprise” plan for users that our lists exceed 100,000 email addresses: that starts at $1199, with exact pricing depending on requirements (if you are interested in the”Enterprise” program, you will want to contact Getresponse to schedule a presentation, outline your needs and discuss pricing).
Substantial discounts are available if you pay upfront for 12 or 24 months of service (18% and 30% respectively) — those are considerably more generous than most competing platforms. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito Em Portugues
Distinctions of Each Plan
Each of the Getresponse plans cover the significant fundamentals — key characteristics include:
The ability to export, develop and host an email database
a wide Assortment of templates
responsive email layouts
RSS / blog to-email functionality
comprehensive segmentation alternatives
social sharing tools
There are a number of differences between the’Email’,’Pro’ and’Max’ plans but for me the key ones are:
CRM – Getresponse provides a customer relationship manager tool on its own’Pro’ plans up
landing pages – you can simply avail of all landing pages which enable split testing and boundless views if you are on a’Pro’ plan or higher
Webinars – that functionality is not available whatsoever around the’Email’ strategy and the amount of webinar attendees is restricted for the’Pro’ and’Max’ programs at 100, 500 respectively (it’s uncertain what the limit is about the’Enterprise’ program ).
Users – you can have just one user account on the’Email’ plan; by contrast you receive 3 on’Pro’, 5 ‘Max’ and 10 on’Enterprise’.
Pricing Vs Competitors
Provided that you are happy to use one of those entry-level’Email’ plans, the pay-per-month Getresponse plans are on the whole cheaper than those provided by many of its key competitors, especially if you’ve got a reasonably large number of email addresses on your own database.
By way of instance, if you have a mailing list containing between 9,000 and 10,000 records which you want to send an infinite number of mails per month to, then you might discover that hosting it using Getresponse prices $65 monthly.
$4 a month more affordable compared to Aweber
$10 cheaper per month than Mailchimp
$84 per month cheaper than Campaign Monitor*
* Campaign Monitor’s pricing structure is dependent not only the number of email addresses in your database however on how many emails you send per month too. If you’re happy to set a limit on the number of emails sent via Campaign Monitor (in the example above, to 50k emails), you can expect to pay a monthly charge of $89, still substantially higher than Getresponse’s.
The only well-known service that I could think of that comes in significantly more affordable is Mad Mimi, which costs $42 a month to sponsor up to 10,000 email addresses (note however that the performance offered by Mad Mimi is nowhere near as extensive as Getresponse’s or really the other products mentioned previously ).
Additionally, it is worth pointing out that Mailchimp offers thinner pricing bands, meaning that depending on how big your list, it may sometimes be a slightly cheaper alternative than Getresponse.
At the smaller database end of things, Getresponse’s pricing is really competitive too – you can sponsor a database comprising 1,000 email addresses for $15 a month using Getresponse, compared to $29 with Aweber; $59 on Campaign Monitor (unlimited send).
Mailchimp’s monthly fee to get a 1,000 recording database is exactly the same as Getresponse’s; and Mad Mimi provides a slightly more affordable, if much less functional offering for $12 a month.
Two final things to be Conscious of about the pricing :
Some competing providers — especially Mailchimp – offer free accounts for users with a few documents (but these do not offer the entire range of features that you get on a paid program ).
As stated earlier, if you’re ready to pay upfront for 1 or 2 decades, you can avail of significant discounts that the other competitors do not yet supply.
So the bottom line is that Getresponse is fairly competitive in the pricing section. However, what about features? Software De Email Marketing Gratuito Em Portugues
Getresponse represents one of the more cost-effective tactics to host and communicate with an email database.
It’s also among the most intriguing products of its type – in that it provides email marketing, landing pages, CRM and webinars all under a single roof. It is difficult to think of any rival product that delivers this’all around’ proposition, and it is what continues to convince us to utilize it for Style Factory’s email advertising.
Some improvements to Getresponse do need to be made nonetheless, especially where the email programmer is concerned – its drag and drop interface is more fiddly and less responsive than it should be. A good deal of improvements can be made to the data capture forms also, especially for users wanting to display them on mobile devices.
And from what I gather from reader opinions, there are improvements that could be made into the service offering.
All in all though I speed Getresponse very highly – you get considerable bang for your buck with this product.
Here are a Couple of pros and cons of utilizing Getresponse overall:
Benefits of Getresponse
Superb marketing automation choices.
The CRM functionality integrates neatly with Getresponse’s email automation operation.
Provided that you’re pleased to utilize an’Email’ program, Getresponse is more affordable than many of its key competitors (in some cases, substantially so) whilst offering as much, if not more functionality as them.
The discounts you receive when paying for one or two decades of service are very generous – you will be hard pushed to find similar reductions in prices from key competitors.
Its webinar functionality is a USP – something which is not provided by any similar products.
Its own reporting and thorough split testing features are powerful.
Getresponse is transparent regarding deliverability rates, publishing characters on its own website and providing deliverability statistics for individual e-newsletters you send.
It offers an extremely flexible approach to information segmentation – more elastic than many competing goods.
It permits you to add subscribers to your mailing list on both a single-opt in and a double opt-in basis.
It transmits emails that are reactive and allows you to preview smartphone variations of your e-newsletters very easily.
It comes with a helpful landing page creator – but keep in mind you have to be on a more expensive plan to get the fully functional version of this.
You can try out all of its features free for 30 days without needing to input credit card information.
Disadvantages of Getresponse
The drag and drop interface for designing emails can be a little bit on the side.
The information capture forms supplied are not responsive and you can’t control when and where they’re displayed on your site.
CRM performance has to be improved substantially before it could be considered a replacement for a standalone CRM merchandise.
There’s a limited selection of RSS-to-HTML e-newsletter templates supplied.
You can only use’web-safe’ fonts from e-newsletters, which can make the templates look slightly less slick than those supplied by competing products.
The pricing structure is a little confusing, with customers having to pay something of a superior to get the landing page creator tool.
The free trial restricts the amount of subscribers you can send messages to to 1000.
The landing page addition does not allow you to perform A/B evaluations, meaning that in order to gain this functionality you’re forced to use a more expensive program than you might like.
DKIM authentication is only on the more expensive’Max’ plans.
No phone service is provided. Software De Email Marketing Gratuito Em Portugues
