An example of how you could use this functionality is as follows:
You can add a contact to a particular point on a sales pipeline depending on the page of your website that they completed a form on;
you could then send them a automated email tailored to that pipeline stage a few days afterwards;

It’s very smart stuff, and that I can’t think of any similar email marketing product offering this kind of tight integration between autoresponders and CRM pipelines. For this kind of functionality you normally must look at dedicated — and more costly — CRM products such as Salesforce and Infusionsoft.
But, it’s not all fantastic news on the CRM front — there are a few big things missing from Getresponse’s CRM feature collection.
The most glaring omission is e mail activity tracking.
