Task management is non-existent also: unlike dedicated CRM tools, there is no way to assign tasks to other group members.
Eventually, adding contacts into a pipeline stage is tough. You have to add contacts to a list , then visit the CRM pipeline, include a deal and search your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to add a deal right to a pipeline and then input the contact information of your lead or customer at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. But that said, it’s a new feature and the stuff it could do on the automation side is remarkable. I’m hopeful that this attribute becomes developed over time since done right, it’s potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the ability to host webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are generally used as a lead-generation tactic, the idea of getting your email database and your webinar tool under the same roof is extremely attractive.
The pricing is also very aggressive also by comparison to based webinar solutions. Also, as described above, the CRM tool might be far better from a usability point of view adding contacts to deals could be difficult.
The 30-day complimentary trial that Getresponse supplies is fully operational and the free trial isn’t contingent upon providing credit card information.
This helps you avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for this particular trial and now I am getting charged for a product I do not use” scenario.
