It’s very smart stuff, and I can’t think of any email marketing product offering this kind of tight integration between autoresponders and CRM pipelines. For this kind of functionality you normally need to look at committed — and more expensive — CRM products like Salesforce and Infusionsoft.
But, it is not all fantastic news about the CRM front — there are some big things missing from Getresponse’s CRM feature set.
The most glaring omission is e mail activity tracking. Other CRM packages allow you to bcc a dropbox email address whenever you send an email to a lead or client; doing so keeps a list of this communication from the contact’s history. There is now no way of doing this with the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an simple way to send one-to-one emails to prospects or customers.

Getresponse recently introduced the ability to host webinars on the stage.
