So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it is a new feature and the stuff it could perform on the automation side is remarkable. I’m hopeful that this attribute gets developed over time since done right, it’s possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
