It is very clever stuff, and that I can’t think of any similar email advertising product offering such a tight integration between autoresponders and CRM pipelines. For this type of performance you normally must look at dedicated — and more expensive — CRM products like Salesforce and Infusionsoft.
But, it’s not all good news about the CRM front — there are some big things missing from Getresponse’s CRM attribute set.
The most glaring omission is email activity monitoring. So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. But that said, it is a new attribute and the stuff it can perform on the automation aspect is impressive. I am hopeful that this feature becomes developed over time since done right, it’s possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
