It’s very clever stuff, and I can’t think of any similar email marketing product offering this kind of tight integration between autoresponders and CRM pipelines. For this type of performance you normally must appear at committed — and more expensive — CRM products like Salesforce and Infusionsoft.
But, it is not all good news about the CRM front there are some big things missing from Getresponse’s CRM attribute set.
The most glaring omission is e mail activity monitoring. Other CRM packages permit you to bcc a dropbox email address any time you send an email to a lead or customer; doing this keeps a list of the communication from the contact’s history. There is currently no way of doing this with the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an easy way to send one-to-one mails to leads or customers.
