From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to put in a bargain directly to a pipeline and then enter the contact details of your lead or customer at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. But that said, it is a new feature and the things it could do on the automation aspect is impressive. I’m hopeful that this attribute gets developed over time since done right, it’s possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
