Finally, adding contacts into your pipeline stage is tough. You need to add contacts to a list first, then visit the CRM pipeline, include a bargain and search your lists to receive the contact you just added. From a usability standpoint this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to put in a bargain right to a pipeline and then enter the contact information of your guide or customer at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it is a new attribute and the stuff it could perform on the automation aspect is impressive. I’m optimistic that this attribute becomes developed over time because done right, it is potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
