It’s very clever stuff, and that I can not think of any similar email advertising product offering such a tight integration between autoresponders and CRM pipelines. But, it is not all good news on the CRM front there are a few big things missing from Getresponse’s CRM feature set.
The most glaring omission is e mail activity tracking. Task management is non-existent also: unlike committed CRM tools, there is no way to assign tasks to other team members.
Finally, adding contacts to a pipeline stage is tough. You need to add contacts to a list first, then go to the CRM pipeline, add a bargain and hunt your lists for the contact you just added. You should just be able to put in a bargain directly to a pipeline and input the contact details of your guide or customer at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. But that said, it is a new feature and the things it could do on the automation side is impressive. I’m hopeful that this feature becomes developed over time since done right, it is possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the ability to sponsor webinars on the stage.
