The most glaring omission is email activity monitoring. Given that webinars are generally used as a lead-generation strategy, the notion of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under the same roof is very appealing.
The pricing is also very competitive also compared to based webinar solutions. If you can get your head about it, and practice using it a little bit, it does result in a helpful tool – it’s only that the implementation of it could be rather better.
Additionally, as described above, the CRM instrument could be far better from a usability point of view adding contacts to deals can be unnecessarily difficult.
The 30-day free trial which Getresponse provides is fully functional and the free trial is not contingent upon supplying credit card details.
This helps you avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for that trial and now I am getting charged for a commodity I don’t use” scenario.
