To see this, you need to go out of the CRM section of Getresponse, hunt for your own contact in the contacts section and then click on their details. But guess what? Doing so does not display their history.
Task management is non-existent too: unlike committed CRM tools, there is no way to assign tasks to other group members.
Eventually, adding contacts to your pipeline stage is tough. You have to add contacts to a list , then visit the CRM pipeline, add a bargain and hunt your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to add a deal right to a pipeline and then input the contact information of your guide or client at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it’s a new feature and the things it could do on the automation side is impressive. I’m optimistic that this feature gets developed over time since done right, it is potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to sponsor webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are generally utilized as a lead-generation strategy, the idea of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under the same roof is extremely attractive.
The pricing is also very competitive also compared to established webinar solutions.
