From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to put in a bargain right to a pipeline and then enter the contact details of your lead or customer at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it is a new feature and the things it could do on the automation aspect is remarkable. I’m hopeful that this attribute gets developed over time because done right, it is possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
