From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it is a new feature and the things it can do on the automation side is impressive. I’m optimistic that this feature becomes developed over time since done right, it’s potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.

Whilst its drag-and-drop approach does in theory provide an extremely flexible approach to create blocks of content and transfer them about an e-newsletter, in practice it is fairly user friendly to use and may cause accidental deletion of content, or placement of it in the incorrect portion of the e-newsletter.
If you can get your head around it, and practice using it a little bit, it does result in a useful tool – it’s only that the implementation of it might be somewhat better.
Additionally, as explained above, the CRM instrument might be far better from a usability point of view — adding contacts to deals could be difficult.
The 30-day free trial that Getresponse provides is completely functional and the free trial isn’t contingent upon supplying credit card details.
This makes it possible to avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for that trial and today I’m getting charged for a product I don’t use” scenario.
