If you can get your head around it, and practice using it a bit, it will make for a useful tool – it is only that the implementation of it could be somewhat better.
Also, as described above, the CRM instrument might be better from a usability point of view — adding contacts to deals can be difficult.
The 30-day complimentary trial which Getresponse supplies is completely operational and the free trial is not contingent upon supplying credit card information.
