To observe this, you need to go out of the CRM section of Getresponse, hunt for your own contact in the contacts section and then click on their details. But guess what? Doing this doesn’t display their history.
Task management is non-existent too: Unlike committed CRM tools, there’s no way to assign tasks to other group members.
Finally, adding contacts to a pipeline stage is difficult. You need to add contacts to a list , then visit the CRM pipeline, include a deal and search your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to put in a deal directly to a pipeline and input the contact details of your lead or customer at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. But that said, it is a new attribute and the stuff it can perform on the automation side is remarkable. I am hopeful that this feature becomes developed over time because done right, it is potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to sponsor webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are generally utilized as a lead-generation strategy, the notion of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under precisely the exact same roof is very attractive.

The 30-day free trial which Getresponse provides is completely functional and the free trial is not contingent upon supplying credit card information.
This helps you avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for that trial and now I’m getting charged for a product I don’t use” scenario.
