From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to add a deal right to a pipeline and input the contact information of your guide or client at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. But that said, it’s a new feature and the stuff it can do on the automation aspect is impressive. I am optimistic that this feature gets developed over time because done right, it is potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to host webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are usually used as a lead-generation tactic, the idea of having your email database and your webinar tool under the exact same roof is very appealing.
The pricing is also very competitive also compared to established webinar solutions.
