The most glaring omission is e mail activity tracking. There’s currently no way of doing so with the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an easy way to send one-to-one mails to leads or clients.

Task management is non-existent also: unlike dedicated CRM tools, there is no way to assign tasks to other team members.
Finally, adding contacts into your pipeline stage is difficult. You need to add contacts to a list , then go to the CRM pipeline, include a deal and hunt your lists to receive the contact you just added. From a usability standpoint this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to add a bargain directly to a pipeline and enter the contact details of your guide or customer at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it is a new attribute and the stuff it can do on the automation aspect is remarkable. I am hopeful that this attribute becomes developed over time because done right, it’s potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
