Finally, adding contacts to your pipeline stage is difficult. You have to add contacts to a list first, then go to the CRM pipeline, include a deal and hunt your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability standpoint this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to put in a deal directly to a pipeline and enter the contact information of your lead or customer at that point.
