It’s very clever stuff, and that I can’t think of any email marketing product offering such a tight integration between autoresponders and CRM pipelines. For this type of functionality you normally need to appear at dedicated — and more costly — CRM products such as Salesforce and Infusionsoft.
However, it’s not all fantastic news about the CRM front there are some big things missing from Getresponse’s CRM attribute collection.
The most glaring omission is email activity monitoring.
