Regrettably, the telephone service has now been discontinued. Instead you’ll need to use live chat (24/7) or email service. Landing page Builder

You may buy the Landing Pages feature as an add-on for an extra $15 per month, but quite frustratingly, even though the add-on permits you to display an unlimited amount of landing pages to prospective subscribers, it does not consist of A/B testing.

Customer Relationship Management
One of the most frustrating facets of utilizing many well-known CRM tools is that the need to export information to CSV and back into your email marketing instrument as a way to do mailouts (or the need to export info from the email marketing tool in your CRM to include prospects to it).
When I saw Getresponse lately introducing a new CRM feature in their plans I had been intrigued – this could possibly do away with all that info exporting and importing, and keep everything neatly in one place.
Initially I was not that impressed with the Getresponse CRM tool since you can only use it to perform quite basic jobs: you could create sales pipelines, add contacts to them and monitor activity (emails, telephone calls etc.) with those contacts manually.
But lately Getresponse have upped their video game somewhat on this particular front. The CRM is now integrated with all Getresponse’s email marketing operation and you can add users into a CRM pipeline according to their activity (form completions, email opens, purchases etc.) or trigger autoresponders depending on the addition of a new contact to a pipeline stage.
An example of how to use this functionality would be as follows:
You can add a contact to a particular stage on a revenue pipeline depending on the page of your site they finished a form ;
you could then send a automated email tailored to that pipeline stage a couple of days afterwards;
and dependent on the action they took with regard to this email (clicking on a certain link etc) you can automatically move them onto another stage of the pipeline and invite invite them to a webinar.
It’s very clever stuff, and I can not think of any similar email advertising product offering this kind of tight integration between autoresponders and CRM pipelines. For this type of performance you normally must look at committed — and more expensive — CRM products like Salesforce and Infusionsoft.
However, it is not all good news about the CRM front there are some big things missing from Getresponse’s CRM feature set.
The most glaring omission is email activity tracking. So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. But that said, it is a new attribute and the things it could do on the automation side is remarkable. I’m hopeful that this attribute becomes developed over time because done right, it’s potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to sponsor webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are generally used as a lead-generation tactic, the idea of having your email database and your webinar tool under the exact same roof is extremely attractive.
The pricing is also very competitive too by comparison to based webinar solutions. For example, among the leading webinar services, Gotowebinar, fees $199 a month to host webinars with as much as 500 attendees; you can really do exactly the same (plus a great deal more) with Getresponse for $165 (so long as your list size is under 25,000).

The email deliverability rate – the percentage of e-newsletters delivered that successfully reach inboxes – is obviously a very important point to look at when selecting an email marketing tool.
Not all email marketing providers are that forthright about their deliverability rates; but Getresponse seems reasonably open about that, with this to say about it on their website:

If you can get your head about it, and practice using it a bit, it does result in a useful instrument – it is just that the execution of it could be rather better.
Also, as explained above, the CRM instrument could be better from a usability point of view adding contacts to deals can be difficult.
The 30-day free trial that Getresponse provides is completely operational and the free trial is not contingent upon providing credit card information.
This helps you avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for that trial and today I am getting charged for a commodity that I do not use” scenario.
The only down side to the free trial is that it limits the amount of readers it is possible to send to 1000. It would be good if this could be increased a bit, as it might help potential users try the tool out in more’real world’ situations.

Pricing Vs Competitors

Mailchimp’s monthly fee to get a 1,000 recording database is exactly the same as Getresponse’s; and Mad Mimi provides a slightly more affordable, if much less operational offering for $12 per month.
Two final things to be aware of about the pricing front:
Some competing providers — especially Mailchimp – offer completely free account for users that have a small number of documents (but these don’t supply the entire assortment of features that you get on a paid plan).
