To see this, you need to go from the CRM part of Getresponse, search for your own contact in the contacts section and then click on their details. But guess what? Doing so doesn’t exhibit their deal history.
Task management is non-existent also: unlike dedicated CRM tools, there is no way to assign tasks to other group members.
Eventually, adding contacts to your pipeline stage is tough. You need to add contacts to a list , then visit the CRM pipeline, add a deal and search your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability standpoint this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to put in a deal right to a pipeline and input the contact information of your guide or client at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. But that said, it’s a new attribute and the things it could perform on the automation aspect is remarkable.
