The CRM is currently integrated with all Getresponse’s email marketing operation and you can add users to a CRM pipeline according to their activity (form completions, email opens, purchases etc.) or activate autoresponders depending on the addition of a new contact into a pipeline phase.
An example of how to use this functionality would be as follows:
It is possible to add a contact to a specific stage on a sales pipeline depending on the page of your website they completed a form on;

So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. However, it’s a new attribute and the stuff it can perform on the automation side is remarkable. I am optimistic that this feature becomes developed over time since done right, it is potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the ability to sponsor webinars on the stage.
Given that webinars are generally used as a lead-generation strategy, the notion of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under the same roof is extremely attractive.
