Finally, adding contacts to a pipeline stage is tough. You have to add contacts to a list , then visit the CRM pipeline, add a deal and hunt your lists to receive the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to add a bargain directly to a pipeline and then enter the contact details of your guide or client at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. But that said, it is a new feature and the stuff it could perform on the automation aspect is impressive. I am hopeful that this feature gets developed over time because done right, it is potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the ability to host webinars on the stage.
Given that webinars are usually used as a lead-generation strategy, the idea of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under the same roof is very attractive.
The pricing is also very aggressive also by comparison to based webinar solutions.
