You need to add contacts to a list , then visit the CRM pipeline, include a bargain and search your lists to receive the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to put in a bargain right to a pipeline and then enter the contact information of your lead or customer at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. But that said, it is a new feature and the stuff it could perform on the automation aspect is remarkable. I’m optimistic that this feature becomes developed over time since done right, it is potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to sponsor webinars on the stage.
Given that webinars are usually used as a lead-generation tactic, the idea of having your email database and your webinar tool under precisely the same roof is very appealing.
The pricing is also very aggressive also by comparison to based webinar solutions.
