From a usability standpoint this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to put in a deal right to a pipeline and then input the contact details of your lead or customer at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. But that said, it’s a new feature and the stuff it could do on the automation side is impressive. I am optimistic that this feature becomes developed over time because done right, it’s potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.

Given that webinars are usually utilized as a lead-generation tactic, the idea of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under precisely the same roof is very appealing.
