Among the most frustrating aspects of using many famous CRM tools is that the necessity to export data to CSV and back into your email marketing tool in order to perform mailouts (or the necessity to export data from your email marketing tool into your CRM to include prospects to it).

If you’re able to get your head around it, and practice using it a little bit, it does make for a helpful instrument – it’s just that the implementation of it might be rather better.
Also, as described above, the CRM instrument might be better from a usability point of view — adding contacts to deals can be difficult.
The 30-day free trial which Getresponse provides is fully functional and the free trial is not contingent upon providing credit card information.
This helps you avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for that trial and today I am getting charged for a commodity that I don’t use” scenario.
The only down side to the free trial is the fact that it limits the amount of readers you can send to 1000. It would be good if that could be increased a bit, as it would help potential users try the tool out in more’real world’ scenarios.
