To see this, you have to go out of the CRM part of Getresponse, hunt for your own contact in the contacts section and click in their details. But guess what? Doing this doesn’t display their deal history.
Task management is non-existent too: Unlike committed CRM tools, there’s no way to assign tasks to other group members.
Eventually, adding contacts into a pipeline stage is difficult. You need to add contacts to a list first, then go to the CRM pipeline, include a bargain and search your lists to receive the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to put in a deal directly to a pipeline and input the contact information of your guide or client at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. However, it’s a new feature and the stuff it could perform on the automation aspect is remarkable. I’m optimistic that this feature becomes developed over time because done right, it’s potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the ability to sponsor webinars on the platform.
