From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to put in a bargain right to a pipeline and then enter the contact details of your guide or customer at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it’s a new attribute and the things it could do on the automation side is impressive. I’m optimistic that this feature becomes developed over time because done right, it is possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to sponsor webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are usually utilized as a lead-generation strategy, the idea of having your email database along with your webinar tool under the exact same roof is extremely attractive.
