The CRM is currently integrated with all Getresponse’s email marketing functionality and you can add users into a CRM pipeline based on their activity (form completions, email opens, purchases etc.) or activate autoresponders depending on the addition of a new contact to a pipeline stage.
An example of how to use this functionality is as follows:

Task management is non-existent too: Unlike committed CRM tools, there is no way to assign tasks to other team members.
Finally, adding contacts into a pipeline stage is tough. You have to add contacts to a list , then go to the CRM pipeline, include a deal and search your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to put in a deal directly to a pipeline and enter the contact details of your guide or client at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it’s a new feature and the stuff it could perform on the automation side is remarkable. I’m hopeful that this feature becomes developed over time because done right, it is possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to host webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are usually used as a lead-generation tactic, the notion of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under precisely the same roof is extremely attractive.
