From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to add a deal right to a pipeline and then enter the contact details of your guide or client at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. But that said, it’s a new attribute and the stuff it could perform on the automation side is impressive. I’m optimistic that this attribute gets developed over time because done right, it is possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
