The CRM is currently integrated with all Getresponse’s email marketing operation and you can add users into a CRM pipeline according to their activity (form completions, email opens, purchases etc.) or trigger autoresponders based on the addition of a new contact to a pipeline phase.
An example of how you could use this functionality is as follows:

From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to put in a deal right to a pipeline and then enter the contact information of your guide or customer at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. But that said, it is a new feature and the stuff it can perform on the automation aspect is impressive. I am hopeful that this attribute becomes developed over time since done right, it is potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
