Landing page Builder
Online advertising campaigns that use landing pages will typically create far more leads in the event, rather than simply directing people to some (cluttered!) Site, they tip users to appealing’squeeze pages’ containing clear info and a tidy, well-designed data capture type.

The CRM is currently integrated with all of Getresponse’s email marketing functionality and you can add users into a CRM pipeline according to their activity (form completions, email opens, purchases etc.) or trigger autoresponders depending on the accession of a new contact into a pipeline phase.
An example of how you could use this operation is as follows:
It is possible to add a contact to a specific point on a revenue pipeline based on the page of your site they completed a form on;

However, it is not all good news on the CRM front — there are a few big things missing out of Getresponse’s CRM feature collection.
The most glaring omission is email activity monitoring. You should just be able to put in a deal right to a pipeline and then enter the contact information of your guide or customer at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it is a new feature and the stuff it can perform on the automation aspect is remarkable. I am hopeful that this feature gets developed over time because done right, it is possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the ability to sponsor webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are usually used as a lead-generation tactic, the idea of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under the same roof is extremely attractive.
The pricing is also very competitive too by comparison to established webinar solutions. Whilst its drag-and-drop strategy does in theory provide an extremely flexible approach to create blocks of articles and transfer them around an e-newsletter, in practice it is quite user friendly to use and can lead to accidental deletion of material, or placement of it at the wrong part of the e-newsletter.
If you’re able to get your head around it, and practice using it a little bit, it does make for a useful tool – it’s just that the implementation of it might be rather better.
Also, as explained above, the CRM instrument might be better from a usability point of view — adding contacts to deals could be unnecessarily difficult.
The 30-day free trial that Getresponse supplies is fully functional and the free trial isn’t contingent upon providing credit card information.
This helps you avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for that trial and today I’m getting charged for a commodity that I don’t use” scenario.
The only down side to the free trial is that it limits the amount of subscribers you can send to 1000. It would be useful if that could be increased a little, as it would help potential users try out the tool in more’real world’ scenarios.

It’s also worth pointing out that Mailchimp offers narrower pricing rings, meaning that based on how big your listing, it might sometimes be a slightly cheaper option than Getresponse.
In the smaller database end of things, Getresponse’s pricing is really competitive too – you can sponsor a database containing 1,000 email addresses for $15 per month using Getresponse, compared to $29 with Aweber; $59 on Campaign Monitor (infinite send).
Mailchimp’s monthly fee for a 1,000 recording database will be exactly the same as Getresponse’s; and Mad Mimi provides a slightly cheaper, if much less functional offering for $12 per month.

Some competing providers — notably Mailchimp – offer completely free accounts for users with a small number of documents (but these do not offer the full range of features that you get on a paid program ).

Some developments to Getresponse do need to be made however, particularly where the email designer is concerned – its drag and drop interface is much more fiddly and not as responsive than it should be.
