You need to add contacts to a list first, then visit the CRM pipeline, include a bargain and search your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to add a bargain directly to a pipeline and then enter the contact information of your guide or customer at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it’s a new attribute and the things it could perform on the automation side is remarkable. I’m optimistic that this attribute becomes developed over time since done right, it is possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
