From a usability standpoint this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to add a deal directly to a pipeline and input the contact information of your lead or client at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. But that said, it is a new feature and the stuff it can perform on the automation aspect is remarkable. I am optimistic that this attribute becomes developed over time since done right, it’s possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to sponsor webinars on the platform.
Given that webinars are usually used as a lead-generation tactic, the notion of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under the exact same roof is extremely attractive.
