You need to add contacts to a list , then go to the CRM pipeline, include a bargain and search your lists to receive the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to add a bargain right to a pipeline and then enter the contact information of your lead or client at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. However, it’s a new feature and the stuff it could do on the automation aspect is impressive. I’m optimistic that this feature gets developed over time since done right, it’s possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to sponsor webinars on the stage.
