Finally, adding contacts to a pipeline stage is difficult. You have to add contacts to a list , then visit the CRM pipeline, add a deal and hunt your lists to receive the contact you just added. From a usability standpoint this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to add a deal right to a pipeline and enter the contact information of your guide or client at that point.
