The CRM is now integrated with all Getresponse’s email marketing functionality and you can add users to a CRM pipeline based on their activity (form completions, email opens, purchases etc.) or trigger autoresponders depending on the addition of a new contact to a pipeline stage.
An example of how to use this operation would be as follows:
It is possible to add a contact to a particular stage on a revenue pipeline based on the page of your website that they finished a form on;
you can then send a automated email tailored to this pipeline stage a few days later;

There’s now no method of doing this with all the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an simple way to send one-to-one emails to leads or customers.
And strangely, if you click on a contact in a deal pipeline, you can not see their contact action — i.e., the activities they have taken (open, clicks etc.) in regards to previous communications that you’ve delivered to your leads aren’t displayed. Also, as described above, the CRM tool might be far better from a usability point of view adding contacts to deals could be unnecessarily difficult.
The 30-day free trial which Getresponse provides is fully functional and the free trial isn’t contingent upon providing credit card information.
This helps you avoid that annoying”oops I forgot I signed up for that trial and today I am getting charged for a product that I do not use” scenario.
The only down side to the free trial is the fact that it limits the amount of readers it is possible to send to to 1000. It would be useful if that could be raised a bit, as it would help potential users try the tool out in more’real-world’ scenarios.
