However, it’s not all good news about the CRM front there are some big things missing out of Getresponse’s CRM attribute set.
The most glaring omission is email activity monitoring. Other CRM packages allow you to bcc a dropbox email address any time you send an email to a lead or client; doing so keeps a record of this communication from the contact’s history. There is now no way of doing so with all the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an simple way to send one-to-one mails to prospects or customers.
And strangely, when you click a contact in a deal pipeline, you can not see their contact action — i.e., the activities they’ve taken (open, clicks etc.) in regards to previous communications which you have delivered to your leads aren’t displayed.
