The most glaring omission is e mail activity tracking. Other CRM packages allow you to bcc a dropbox email address any time you send an email to some lead or customer; doing so keeps a record of this communication in the contact’s history. There is now no method of doing so with the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an easy way to send one-to-one mails to prospects or customers.
