The CRM is currently integrated with all Getresponse’s email marketing functionality and you can add users into a CRM pipeline based on their activity (form completions, email opens, purchases etc.) or activate autoresponders depending on the accession of a new contact to a pipeline stage.

Doing so does not display their history.
Task management is non-existent also: unlike committed CRM tools, there’s no way to assign tasks to other team members.
Finally, adding contacts into a pipeline stage is tough. You have to add contacts to a list , then go to the CRM pipeline, add a deal and hunt your lists to receive the contact you just added. From a usability standpoint this is extremely clunky and time consuming.
