It is very clever stuff, and I can’t think of any email advertising product offering this kind of tight integration between autoresponders and CRM pipelines. For this kind of performance you normally need to look at committed — and more costly — CRM products such as Salesforce and Infusionsoft.
However, it’s not all good news about the CRM front there are some big things missing from Getresponse’s CRM attribute set.
The most glaring omission is e mail activity monitoring. Additional CRM packages allow you to bcc a dropbox email address whenever you send an email to some lead or client; doing this keeps a list of this communication from the contact’s history. There’s now no way of doing so with all the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an simple way to send one-to-one mails to leads or customers.
