But lately Getresponse have upped their game somewhat on this front. The CRM is currently integrated with all of Getresponse’s email marketing operation and you can add users to a CRM pipeline based on their activity (form completions, email opens, purchases etc.) or activate autoresponders based on the accession of a new contact to a pipeline stage.
An example of how you could use this functionality is as follows:
You can add a contact to a particular stage on a revenue pipeline based on the page of your website that they finished a form on;
you could then send them a automated email tailored to that pipeline period a couple of days afterwards;
and based on the action they took with regard to that email (clicking on a particular link etc) you could automatically move them onto another stage of the pipeline and invite invite them to a webinar.

There is now no way of doing this with all the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an simple way to send one-to-one mails to leads or customers.
And strangely, if you click on a contact within a deal pipeline, you can not see their contact activity — i.e., the activities they’ve taken (open, clicks etc.) with regard to previous communications that you’ve delivered to your prospects aren’t displayed. I’m hopeful that this attribute becomes developed over time because done right, it’s possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the ability to host webinars on the platform.

Also, as described above, the CRM instrument could be better from a usability point of view adding contacts to deals can be unnecessarily difficult.
