There is now no way of doing this with the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an easy way to send one-to-one emails to prospects or customers.
And strangely, if you click on a contact within a deal pipeline, you can not see their contact activity — i.e., the actions they have taken (open, clicks etc.) in regards to previous communications which you’ve delivered to your prospects are not displayed. To see this, you need to go from the CRM part of Getresponse, search for your own contact in the contacts section and then click in their details. But guess what? Doing this does not display their deal history.
Task management is non-existent also: unlike dedicated CRM tools, there is no way to assign tasks to other team members.
Finally, adding contacts to your pipeline stage is difficult. You need to add contacts to a list first, then go to the CRM pipeline, add a bargain and search your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to put in a bargain directly to a pipeline and input the contact details of your guide or client at that point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. However, it is a new feature and the things it could do on the automation side is impressive. I’m optimistic that this attribute gets developed over time since done right, it’s possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to sponsor webinars on the platform.
