The most glaring omission is e mail activity tracking. Eventually, adding contacts into your pipeline stage is tough. You have to add contacts to a list first, then go to the CRM pipeline, include a deal and search your lists to receive the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is extremely clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to add a deal right to a pipeline and input the contact details of your guide or client at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. However, it is a new feature and the stuff it can do on the automation aspect is impressive. I am hopeful that this feature becomes developed over time because done right, it is possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
