Task management is non-existent also: unlike dedicated CRM tools, there is no way to assign tasks to other team members.
Finally, adding contacts to your pipeline stage is difficult. You have to add contacts to a list , then go to the CRM pipeline, include a bargain and search your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just be able to add a bargain right to a pipeline and then input the contact information of your guide or customer at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is somewhat half-baked. However, it’s a new attribute and the things it can do on the automation aspect is remarkable. I am hopeful that this feature becomes developed over time because done right, it is potentially a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.

Given that webinars are generally utilized as a lead-generation tactic, the idea of getting your email database along with your webinar tool under precisely the same roof is very appealing.

The 30-day free trial that Getresponse provides is fully functional and the free trial is not contingent upon supplying credit card details.
