However, it’s not all good news on the CRM front — there are some big things missing out of Getresponse’s CRM feature set.
The most glaring omission is e mail activity tracking. Other CRM packages allow you to bcc a dropbox email address whenever you send an email to some lead or client; doing so keeps a list of this communication from the contact’s history. There’s now no way of doing this together with all the Getresponse CRM, nor is there an simple way to send one-to-one mails to prospects or clients.
